This is a hands-on position involving packing, order picking, material handling, palletizing, shipping, quality inspections, and general warehouse/production duties.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating material handling equipment, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Candidates with experience using forklifts, rider pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment are encouraged to apply.\nResponsibilities\nPerform production and packaging duties including lifting, packing, taping, labeling, sorting, and palletizing\nAccurately pick and pull customer orders while verifying product types and quantities\nMove products and inventory using pallet jacks, rider pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment\nOperate sit-down forklifts and Crown/Raymond reach trucks as needed\nTransport completed orders to shipping and delivery areas\nSelect, stack, and secure products safely and neatly on pallets\nInspect pallets for proper labeling, shipping information, and load configuration\nRepack and weigh orders as needed\nLoad and unload shipments and place inventory into designated racking locations\nBreak down and restack merchandise as required\nPerform visual quality inspections and document inspections according to established procedures\nReport defective, damaged, or nonconforming products and questionable conditions to a supervisor\nVerify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage\nComplete required paperwork and documentation accurately\nAssist with physical inventory counts as needed\nMaintain production pace while working effectively with other team members\nUse power tools and other equipment as needed\nBreak down cardboard and assist with recycling\nMaintain clean and organized production and warehouse areas, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and organizing\nPerform safety inspections of equipment before use and immediately report unsafe equipment or conditions\nFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE\nPerform other related duties as assigned by supervision\nQualifications\nPrevious warehouse, production, packaging, material handling, or order-picking experience preferred\nMinimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred\nForklift certification required or ability to become certified\nExperience operating an electric rider pallet jack preferred\nExperience with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, Crown, or Raymond equipment is a plus\nBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division\nAbility to perform basic visual quality inspections\nGood attention to detail and ability to accurately handle product and orders\nAbility to maintain the pace of a fast-moving production or warehouse environment\nGood attendance and punctuality are essential\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nMust be comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods\nAbility to perform repetitive lifting and physical warehouse/production tasks\nBilingual candidates are
