Specifically, the individual in this position:\n1) delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs\n2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service\n3) performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance. Additionally, the On-Site Supervisor may supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists.\nPRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES\n Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff\nEnsure compliance with safety protocols and company policies\nMonitor productivity, attendance, and performance metrics\nTrain, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational goals\nCollaborate with management to optimize workflows and solve operational challenges\nMaintain accurate records and reporting as required\n QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS\n High School diploma required\nFlexible, dependable, and solutions-oriented\n Prior supervisory experience preferred, ideally in production or warehouse operations\n Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build/enhance successful business partnerships\n Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service experience\n Must have great communication and customer service skills\n Must have administrative skills\n Experience in performing background checks, I 9, and E Verify\n Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet\n If interested please apply.\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nSurge is an equal opportunity employer.
