environments.\n\n- Manage platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and environment configurations.\n\n- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).\n\n- Deploy and manage BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and process applications.\n\n- Configure authentication, user management, role-based access control, and LDAP/SSO integration.\n\n- Manage Camunda deployments on Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift environments.\n\n- Monitor performance using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Splunk, and optimize system performance.\n\n- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, backup, disaster recovery, and automation activities.\n\n- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams to ensure platform stability and availability.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as required.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 8+ years of strong administration experience with Camunda 7 and/or Camunda 8.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Zeebe, Operate, Task list, Identity, and Optimize.\n\n- Expertise in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized deployments.\n\n- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL databases.\n\n- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk for monitoring and logging.\n\n- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Key cloak, OAuth2/SSO integration.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, scripting (Shell/Python), and problem-solving skills. \n\n-
