The Company mission remains to improve the detection and treatment of disease.\nJob Summary \nManufacturing support for Coating Servicesincluding resolution of quality issues, equipment design and process improvements. \nResponsibilities \nLeadsOperationsProjects (70%) \nHave overall responsibility for the successful technical outcome of the project \nDesigns and executes hands-on work with input fromteam members \nDevelops qualification and test protocols and executes experiments. \nUses software tools for data analysis and performs statistical analysis of data. Evaluates and interprets experimental results inwritten reports. \nEvaluates purchase of equipment and qualification strategy. Qualify, integrate, and maintain manufacturingequipment. Perform process and product qualification and validation \nIdentify process improvement (client or internally-driven) requirements \nPrepare process improvement proposals including timeline and resource needs \nExecute project and provide leadership to Operations team \nFacilitate efforts to complete project tasks amongst shared internal resources and outside vendors \nExecute, internal tech transfer, as recipient of processes, of projects to operations \nAssist lower levelengineers and technicians. May have direct supervisory responsibilities \nCommunicates results, progress, and issues to project teams and supervisor (20%) \nMaintains complete, organized, and up-to-date records. \nProvide prompt and professional updates \nPrepares and presents oral and written reports \nInterface with clients, independently in some cases, to assure successful execution of projects \nProvide updates to management and track project budget and timeline \nMaintains an efficient and organized laboratory environment (10%) \nMaintains manufacturingsupplies \nMaintains critical equipment spare part inventories \nMaintains equipment and documents maintenance activities \nMinimum Qualifications \nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering \n5+years’ experience in process engineering.
