You'll work across the full machine learning lifecycle - from understanding business requirements and preparing data to training models, deploying them to production, and continuously improving their performance.\nWe're building a team of end-to-end ML engineers rather than specialists. That means you'll be expected to contribute wherever the biggest bottleneck is: data, modeling, software engineering, deployment, or product integration.\nStrong Python engineering skills are essential. A significant part of your work will involve building reusable tooling, improving developer workflows, and writing production-quality code that enables the entire team to move faster.\nWhat you'll be doing\nDesign and deliver production-ready computer vision features from concept to deployment.\n\nTranslate product and business requirements into practical machine learning solutions.\n\nWork across the complete ML lifecycle, including data collection, annotation strategy, dataset management, experimentation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.\n\nBuild robust Python tooling and shared libraries that improve the productivity of the ML team.\n\nDevelop reliable, maintainable, and well-tested production code.\n\nCollaborate closely with software engineers and product stakeholders to deliver measurable customer value.\n\nContinuously improve model quality using data-driven experimentation rather than research for its own sake.\n\nHelp establish engineering best practices around reproducibility, testing, documentation, and MLOps.\n\nWhat we need to see\n3-5 years of commercial experience building machine learning systems.\n\nStrong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including:\nsupervised, unsupervised, and self-supervised learning,\n\noptimization,\n\nprobability and statistics,\n\nlinear algebra,\n\nmodel evaluation and validation.\n\nSolid understanding of the complete machine learning lifecycle and the practical challenges of bringing models into production.\n\nStrong Python software engineering skills, including:\nwriting clean, maintainable, and testable code,\n\nalgorithms and data structures,\n\ndebugging and performance optimization,\n\ndesigning reusable libraries and APIs.\n\nExperience developing deep learning models using PyTorch.\n\nUnderstanding that successful ML systems depend as much on data quality, evaluation methodology, and deployment as on model architecture.\n\nAbility to independently own technical problems from definition through production delivery.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.\n\nWays to stand out\nExperience building production computer vision systems.\n\nExperience deploying ML models and operating them in production.\n\nExperience with MLOps tools and practices.\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Triton, or cloud infrastructure.\n\nExperience improving inference performance and optimizing deployment.\n\nExperience designing datasets, annotation pipelines, or data quality
