We have a network of nine offices with our teams of surveyors and engineers working on some of the UK’s major construction and infrastructure developments.\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join Survey Solutions at our Birmingham head office on a full-time basis.\nThis position will help the marketing department achieve its short-, medium- and long-term goals by delivering impactful and targeted marketing campaigns across existing and potential clients within the UK construction sector.\nYou will have experience in a B2B marketing with a strong interest and passion in digital marketing. You will be confident working across various departments of the business including regional operation teams and our business development and sales teams.\nMain Duties/Key Responsibilities:\nResponsible for driving multi-channel campaigns\nDriving increase in Sales inquiries (SQLs) \nDevelop, Manage, and maintain multi touch attribution and real-time customer/prospect journey mapping\nCreate long form content that can be used in web, social, press and media channels to drive thought leadership\nDrive implicit brand awareness through press coverage by seeding national trade and industry press with stories that are about the projects and engineering challenges we help to solve.\nMaximise ROI of marketing spend.\nRequirements\nExperience/Knowledge:\nExperience of marketing within the UK construction/civil engineering industry.\nAn understanding and experience of marketing and sales funnels and using insights and analysis to drive effective decision making\nWorking alongside operations, sales and business development teams as well as agency partners\nGood working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Dynamics etc) as well as digital marketing tools for SEO, websites and social media.\nExperience of launching digital marketing campaigns (SEO, advertising) including campaign analysis.\nCreation and implementation of content marketing strategies to boost engagement and interaction with the Survey Solutions brand.\nSkills and Attributes:\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal \nConfident, professional and positive when working with both internal stakeholders and agency partners.\nExcellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple activities at a time.\nCreative, analytical and data driven.\nCompetent in main Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nA passion for digital marketing and marketing automation.\nInquisitive with the ability to drive change and improvements.\nQualifications and Additional Information:\nRight to work in the UK.\nFull UK driving license.\nDegree, diploma
