The role requires a combination of technical understanding, project management, customer-facing communication, and problem-solving skills.\nYou will work closely with customers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end customer implementation projects, from kickoff through go-live and handover.\nUnderstand customer business processes, requirements, workflows, and technical environments.\nTranslate requirements into implementation plans, workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.\nCreate and maintain project plans, WBS, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.\nConfigure the SaaS platform based on customer requirements and best practices.\nGather and document integration requirements across CRM, HRMS, ERP, communication platforms, and other business systems.\nWork with REST APIs, webhooks, SFTP, data imports/exports, and third-party integrations.\nConduct customer UAT, training, deployment, and go-live activities.\nIdentify implementation risks, blockers, and scope changes and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.\nReview and manage SOW scope, ensuring implementation remains aligned with contracted deliverables.\nDevelop implementation documentation, configuration guides, integration specifications, and handover documents.\nEnsure smooth transition from Implementation to Customer Success / Support after go-live.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, and API testing.\nExperience with integrations involving platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, HRMS/ERP systems, or similar enterprise applications.\nAbility to understand data structures, field mapping, workflows, and integration dependencies.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets, or equivalent.\nBasic understanding of databases/SQL is an advantage.\nPreferred Experience\n3-6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or customer onboarding.\nExperience implementing B2B SaaS products for mid-market or enterprise customers.\nExperience working on projects involving APIs and third-party integrations.\nExperience in customer-facing technical roles is highly preferred.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2675,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Artificial Intelligence"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T07:58:23Z"}],"liveness":{"score":40,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.534,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":22,"expected_fill_days":26,"reasons":["conf:19","win:late"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/surveysparrow-implementation-engineer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/surveysparrow-implementation-engineer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T00:55:44Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":649,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4351,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
