# Utilities Construction Manager

Lead and supervise the construction of utility infrastructure, particularly HDPE piping, pipe networks, and water treatment (WT) systems. Manage construction activities from site preparation, installation, testing, commissioning, through to project handover. Ensure piping network works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and other construction teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity to achieve project targets. Review and resolve technical issues related to HDPE piping, pipe networks, connections/jointing, pressure testing, and utility systems. Ensure proper inspection, testing, documentation, and as-built records for completed utility works. Identify construction risks and implement appropriate corrective actions to minimize delays and rework. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 8-12 years of construction experience, with significant exposure to utilities/piping infrastructure
