Drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives revenues and leads while increasing customer loyalty and building stronger customer or employee relationships. Manage editorial strategies and content of online properties (websites, portals), as well as applying new technologies such as chat marketing, personalization, search engine marketing and optimization, pod casting and blogging. Focus may be global, national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope. Ensure online experience align with company’s brand identity and messaging framework.\nResponsibilities:\nSet and lead the adoption of key web or interactive marketing strategies, policies, processes and standards to reach online customers or internal audiences.\nDevelop, drive and evaluate the online customer experience strategy and roadmap spanning multiple business groups or customer sets (i.e., consumer, SMB, enterprise).\nDevelop and drive editorial strategies, content and direction for online properties, landing pages or websites.\nDeliver web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, conversion and revenue.\nBe recognized as an authority and thought leader in the interactive marketing space and contribute to the development and adoption of innovative principles and practices across the company.\nSelect, manage and develop agencies or contractors.\nManage functional or department budgets.\nEducation and Experience Required:\nBA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.\nExpertise and knowledge in the online space (web, email, search, database marketing, chat marketing, podcasting, blogging, privacy, e-business, etc), including trends and technologies.\n10+ years of experience in interactive marketing or customer experience/user interface.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nSuperior writing and editing for the web - recognized for \"near perfection\" writing and editing skill and often asked to edit the work of others.\nWell-developed web analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).\nSuperior organization and program management skills.\nAbility to link interactive plans and activities to business results.\nSuperior knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).\nSuperior knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.\nSuperior knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.\nMaintain company marketing management systems as needed.\nProven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.\nHigh levels of tact and diplomacy.\nAgency and budget management.\nAbility to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.\nJob\nMarketingWhat We Offer\nWe empower you to be bold, driving your career to create the future you want.
