We're growing fast, and not just in Belgium. Stores in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Utrecht, with more international locations on the horizon. More growth means more vacancies, more candidates and more new colleagues joining the team, across two countries and two sets of employment law.

We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of the people side of the business. Hiring is the biggest part of that: from the first job post to the moment someone walks in on their first day. But it doesn't stop there. You keep the contracts right, the payroll clean and the onboarding sharp, in Belgium and in the Netherlands. Someone who moves fast, communicates like a human and knows how to find the right people before the competition does.

Requirements

What you'll be doing

• Own the full hiring cycle across all our locations: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer and closing

• Write job postings that actually sound like us

• Actively source candidates via different channels

• Keep Recruitee (our ATS) up to date and make sure every candidate gets a timely, personal response

• Keep our careers page on-brand and up to date

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires: first day planning, paperwork, tooling access and a proper welcome

• Work with team leads to keep onboarding sharp as we scale, and handle departures just as carefully

• Draft employment contracts for our different entities

• Prepare the monthly payroll with our payroll partners in both countries, and check what comes back

• Keep our HRIS in order

• Keep our contracts, policies and working rules current, and be the person the stores come to when something needs sorting out

What you bring

• Experience in an in-house recruitment role, or agency background with a genuine understanding that in-house is a different game entirely

• You know how to find people who aren't actively looking

• Strong communicator: clear, direct and personal, in Dutch and English

• Organized and structured, without losing the human touch

• You thrive when things move fast and change often

• Based in or near Antwerp

• Experience recruiting in an international context

• Familiarity with compensation, payroll structures and employment law

• Affinity with fashion, retail or brand culture

• Familiarity with Recruitee or a similar ATS
