improvement.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services that support reliability and operational excellence initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners, including software engineers, site reliability engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.\nBuild automation and tooling that improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enhance system reliability.\nContribute to the architecture, design, and implementation of platform capabilities and internal applications.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.\nParticipate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, and maintainability.\nAnalyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve reliability and user experience.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts through data-driven decision making, monitoring, and operational insights.\nStay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that advance the team's technical capabilities and strategic objectives\nWhat we’re looking for\nBS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a similar technical major\n3+ years of professional experience developing and supporting production applications\nStrong proficiency in Python, C# and/or Java\nTypescript and modern web application development experience preferred\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions\nExperience in a customer-facing or end-user facing environment \nExcellent written and verbal communication
