Reporting to the Planning Manager and partnering closely with our Buying team, your ability to build key relationships as well as effectively influence and solve problems will play an important part in your day-to-day and support your success in this fast-paced and hands-on role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork collaboratively with Buying to develop detailed buying plans develop growth strategies\nReview range to ensure brand strategies and financial goals are being met\nOversee the planning and re-forecasting of key items and volume lines\nOTB Management, continually identify & develop opportunities for achieving financial objectives\nConduct weekly SWOT and PSAs\nLead and mentor your team, providing regular coaching and feedback\nReview channel stock levels; store sales and allocations with Planning Assistants\nLiaise with internal & external teams as required\nSkills & Experience:\nFashion or relevant tertiary qualifications desirable\nLeadership and management skills with previous experience leading a Planning team\nAllocation experience within retail - Apparel or accessories ideal\nAdvanced MS Excel skills\nDemonstrated experience in reporting and analysis\nBusiness outcomes and solutions focused\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong relationship building and stakeholder management capability\nWhy work for Sussan?\nWe believe in creating a supportive and nurturing workplace that puts women and their needs first.
