This role partners closely with Accounting & Finance, Benefits, Equity, and People & Culture teams globally to create a best-in-class employee experience. The Senior Payroll Analyst at Workiva will contribute to automation, reporting, compliance, and improvement projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nProcess and review automated and manual payroll inputs for the United States, Canada, and Brazil using Workday and CloudPay\nProcess and review automated and manual payroll inputs for the United States and Canada using Workday and CloudPay\nReview payroll reports for each pay period, monthly, quarterly, and at year-end to ensure payments to employees, EOR Employees, vendors, and statutory jurisdictions are accurate\nCreate and maintain review documents to show the accuracy of payroll results, and maintain payroll metrics at the end of each period\nPartner cross-functionally with Accounting & Finance, Benefits, Equity, and Human Resources teams in administering payroll activities\nIdentify areas of improvement and opportunities for positive change\nMaintain payroll checklists and audits for accuracy and SOX compliance\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local statutory regulations and company policies\nWork with accounting and finance on reconciliations and payroll reporting needs\nResearch tax deduction and filing discrepancies and use your Workday knowledge to resolve tax entries internally and with third-party providers\nProvide project support and participate in projects to assist with implementations, automation, payroll interfaces, and process improvement\nAddress payroll inquiries from employees and third parties in a supportive and timely manner\nCreate and maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures as processes change and evolve\nProcess and reconcile statutory tax and third-party payroll payments\nServe as the day-to-day point of contact for payroll tax partner inquiries; manage, monitor, and resolve tax cases, agency notices, and support tickets via the OneSource Virtual (OSV) portal.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum Qualifications\nUndergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field\n4+ years of experience in payroll operations; public company preferred\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience using modern data tools, automated reporting, or AI-assisted technologies to improve workflow efficiency and data integrity\nExperience with Workday Payroll is strongly preferred\nMultinational payroll experience preferred\nSelf-motivated with a propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement\n Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nExcellent verbal and written command of English; other languages desirable\nAdapt to the needs and styles of people from different cultures\nIdentifies and resolves issues methodically with close attention to detail and critical thinking\nAbility to provide support within the team, always adopting a proactive mindset\nTravel Requirements and Working Conditions\n15% Travel for customer and internal meetings\nReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office\n\nWorkiva will not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.\n\nHow You’ll Be Rewarded\nSalary range in the US: $86,000.00 - $140,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually\nRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire\n401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package\nThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
