You will analyse, clean and interpret data in close collaboration with subject matter experts and data engineers, while also contributing to initiatives that improve the quality, consistency and usability of our data.\nIf you are passionate about data, sustainability and technology and would like to join a culturally certified Great Place to Work® company with highly motivated and diverse teams making a real difference, we look forward to your application!\nYour main duties will be:\nExtracting, cleaning, transforming and analysing certification-related data to support colleagues in data-driven decision-making\nIdentifying trends, patterns, inconsistencies and data quality issues and translating findings into actionable insights\nFacilitating and participating in data quality initiatives in close coordination with subject matter experts and data engineers\nSupporting data-related projects from requirements gathering and analysis through to implementation and evaluation\nWorking closely with internal stakeholders to understand business and data requirements and develop appropriate analytical solutions\nContributing to the continuous improvement of data processes, structures and workflows\nSupporting the development and implementation of measures to improve data accuracy, consistency and completeness\nProviding first-level support for data-related questions and assisting colleagues in the use and interpretation of data\nContributing to the further development of data-driven approaches and digitalisation within ISCC\nCommunicating analytical results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, economics, sustainability, environmental science, or another relevant field\nAt least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a comparable data-related role\nDemonstrated experience working with relational databases and extracting data using SQL\nProficiency in cleaning and analysing data in Excel\nExcellent data analysis, data cleaning and problem-solving skills\nExperience coordinating or contributing to data quality and data analysis projects\n Excellent English skills (at least C1-level, written and spoken) and very good German (at least B2 level) skills\nStrong communication, project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data-related topics into practical solutions\nGood understanding of sustainable supply chains and an interest in sustainability-related topics\nExperience with one or more scripting languages and with FileMaker is an advantage\nStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented approach\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues from different teams and areas of expertise\nInterest in data-driven process improvements, digitalisation and technology\nWhy us?\nWe are an international and diverse team of passionate and experienced experts, joining forces for a sustainable future!
