You will work closely with internal stakeholders and remote development teams to deliver reliable, secure and efficient technology solutions across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, integrate and maintain software applications and IT systems to support business and operational requirements. \nMaintain and enhance existing web applications, internal systems and business applications. \nWork closely with internal stakeholders and remote development teams to develop, maintain and improve the ERP system. \nLead the integration and readiness of the ERP and VAN sales handheld systems, including hardware deployment, system configuration and connectivity. \nSupport technology-enabled van sales operations, including route optimization and integration between sales, inventory and ERP systems. \nAdminister and manage Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. \nMaintain local servers, network infrastructure and related IT systems to ensure reliability, security and performance. \nManage domain, DNS and related cloud services. \nConfigure and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment for new employees. \nInstall and configure Microsoft 365 applications, printer drivers and role-specific software to ensure new employees are fully equipped on their first day. \nProvide first-line and second-line IT support, including troubleshooting of Wi-Fi, network, hardware, software and printer issues. \nManage IT asset inventory, procurement, deployment and tracking of hardware and peripherals. \nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize business disruption. \nCollaborate with internal and remote teams on system upgrades, enhancements, testing and implementation. \nPerform other IT and technology-related duties or ad hoc projects as assigned. \nQualifications & Requirements\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline. \nMinimum 3 years of relevant IT/software development experience. \nHands-on experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, including ECS, ECR, EC2, RDS and Route 53. \nExperience with domain and DNS management. \nProficient in one or more programming languages/frameworks such as PHP, Node.js, Python and React.js. \nFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions and CircleCI. \nProficient in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. \nGood understanding of basic networking, Wi-Fi configuration and troubleshooting. \nExperience in hardware setup, software installation and end-user IT support. \nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. \nGood communication, organizational and multitasking skills. \nAble to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal and remote teams. \nDetail-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics Business Central is highly preferred. \nPreferred Skills\nExperience integrating ERP, sales, inventory and handheld/mobile systems. \nExperience supporting field sales, van sales or route-to-market systems. \nExperience working with remote software development teams. \nKnowledge of API integration and
