This position will provide support for the Purchase Assistance Request Program, to ensure that requests are processed in a timely matter.\nEssential Functions\nReviews the invoices/disbursements to determine what level of approval is needed and determines if the submission can be paid based on the statute provisions.\nEnsures proper documentation accompanies the invoices/disbursement for audit purposes for both standard invoices/disbursements.\nReviews duplicate invoices in the internal processing system, and research to ensure that the invoice was not previously entered.\nMaintain knowledge of program and handle changes in company policies\nAbility to maintain and meet personal and team goals.\nAbility to process Tier 1 Reimbursements (Instructional Material and Part-time Tutoring)\nReview peer reimbursements submitted for accuracy.\n Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language and a Numeric Subject ( Mathematics or Principles of Accounts)\nUnderstanding of Accounts Payables.\nMust have a valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN and NIS card.\nMust have flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly.(Weekends and Public Holidays).\nMust be able to train and / or work onsite.\nGood systematic problem solving ability , using sound business judgment, and following through on commitments to customers.\nThe ability to quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nAbility to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time.\nMulti-tasking skills, showcased through conversing while navigating our systems the use of several applications simultaneously; experience working with CRM applications preferred.\nGood Typing Skills - Minimum 35 wpm with minimum 80% accuracy.\nHigh level of integrity\nMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test as needed.\n As your prospective employer, we need to process your Personal Data as needed to evaluate your qualification for the position you are applying for with Sutherland.
