Delivering measurable results.\nRole Overview\nThe Architect / Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions across cloud and Snowflake environments. This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The Architect will drive architectural standards, ensure best practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with stakeholders across regions.\nCore Responsibilities\nLead and mentor data engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setup.\n\nDefine, design, and govern scalable, maintainable cloud data architectures.\n\nOversee solution design for Snowflake, orchestration platforms, and integration layers.\n\nProvide technical leadership on Python automation, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, etc.).\n\nPartner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering leads to align on requirements and implementation plans.\n\nEstablish coding standards, review processes, and best practices for data quality, governance, and DevOps.\n\nSupport adoption of new technologies and drive continuous improvement within the team.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProven leadership experience managing Agile teams and cross-functional data initiatives. 6+ years minimum direct or indirect management experience leading developers.\n\n10+ Years of experience with relational databases, preferably a combination of traditional databases and cloud-based platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of data modeling concepts and implementation.\n\nStrong architectural expertise in cloud-based data platforms, especially Snowflake.\n\nProficiency in Python for automation, integration, and orchestration workflows.\n\nExperience designing end-to-end data solutions with focus on scalability and maintainability.\n\nFamiliarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication.
