you.\n What You'll Do\nAs an Instructional Designer, you'll play a critical role in elevating employee performance by designing modern, learner-centric training solutions that deliver measurable business results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with business leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.\nDesign engaging instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning solutions using proven instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.\nDevelop compelling learning journeys, curriculum maps, storyboards, assessments, job aids, and learner resources.\nCreate interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and other digital learning platforms.\nTransform complex information into clear, engaging, and results-driven learning experiences.\nDesign learning content that supports operational excellence, leadership development, compliance, and customer experience initiatives.\nMeasure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and business impact analysis.\nContinuously improve content based on learner insights, emerging trends, and stakeholder feedback.\nSupport Learning Management System (LMS) integration, content deployment, and maintenance.\nEnsure all learning materials align with branding, adult learning principles, and accessibility standards.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality outputs within timeline expectations.\n What We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications:\nExperience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Curriculum Development, Training Design, or related fields.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.\nHands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.\nExperience creating digital learning assets, assessments, simulations, and multimedia-based content.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SCORM standards, and learning technologies.\nExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve learning outcomes.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in instructional design within BPO, customer experience, shared services, technology, or corporate environments.\nKnowledge of graphic design, video editing, animation, or multimedia production tools.\nExperience leveraging learning analytics, learner engagement data, and performance dashboards.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards and
