With proven strategies and agile execution, we don't just enable change - we engineer digital outcomes.\nSutherland\nDigital Outcomes.\n 10+ years of experience leading and developing product design, including developing part/product with a vendor, with excellent experience in concepts, design, development, verification, validation testing, QMS, and good vendor interactions to deliver focused mechanical design and product development of products.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nProvide expertise in participating in technical discussions, including concept reviews, prioritization, concept selection, etc.\nDevelop concepts to assembly drawings and detailed drawing specifications, develop Bill of Materials, performing review with peers to lead and finalize the design outputs like specifications, BOMs, etc.\nDemonstrate 3D modelling, drafting, drawing creation, assembly drawing, Product configurations, BOM creation, structuring & assembly process definition.\nProvide expertise in CREO (Part design, assembly design, BOM creation, assembly drawing, check-in, check-out, design release, etc.)\nCreate and develop technical documentation like test plans, test reports, technical notes, minutes of meetings, etc preparation, review, and release.\nWork with others, follow up, and ensure the team’s delivery quality and commitment.\nProvide good verbal and written communication skills with team collaboration to deliver a successful outcome.\nLead and support life cycle management activities, change management process [ECR/ECO].
