The Project Manager is responsible of planning and controlling the diverse activities required to deliver projects to final customers on time, on budget, and with the required quality, despite risks and issues. Lead activities to foresee risks and issues and create the required mitigation plans. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!\nMain Responsibilities and Deliverables Strengthen relationships:\nEnd-to-end management of a project or program of projects including:\nScope Management\nTime Management\nCost Management (budgeting, forecasting, revenue, etc.)\nQuality Management\nHuman Resource/ Personnel Management\nCommunications Management\nRisk Management\nStakeholder (internal and external) Management\nManage all phases of project - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control and Closing\nEffective use of project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques and templates. In doing so, define project tasks and prepare project plans. Monitor, manage, and communicate project progress.\nManage project scope and scope changes. Manage & motivate the team assigned to the project. Provide feedback regarding their performances.\nBeing the single point of contact for assigned projects and customer representation or Business Unit in internal and external /customer forums by providing effective communication.\nAct as a trusted adviser for assigned clients and assist with the development of roadmaps and other long range plans for leveraging the solution and maximizing the ROI.\nManage issues proactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders and escalate internally as required to resolve issues\nReport on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency\nManage project related revenue and revenue forecast. Keep management systems updated to reflect revenue forecasting.\nMeasure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements. Contribute to project management methodology improvements. Provide assessment of project results.\nBe part of the broader PM community to participate, contribute, learn and collaborate to increase efficiency of Project Management at the company.\n Our most successful candidates will have:\nMinimum of 5 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and manage people in a matrix environment. Experience with international clients is required.\nExperience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients.\nExperience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions\nProven Ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.\nProven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects.\nProven experience managing IT and Software delivery projects.\nProven Ability to form strong customer relationships.\nProven Ability to span business and technical issues.\nAbility and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment.\nAbility to work in a global collaborative team environment.\nStrong business acumen and orientation.\nRevenue forecast management.\nBudget management.\nPMP Certification desirable\nBachelor or Master’s degree in systems engineering and related fields.\nProficient communication skills
