California residents only.\nJob Description:\nEDUCATION:\nEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field\nCERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:\nEpic Cogito Certification within one year of start date.\nMultiple tool-specific certification within one year of start date\nTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:\n5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in BI Engineering, Data Product Development, or Full Stack Analytics.\nExperience architecting and designing new, complex data solutions and data marts from scratch.\nExperience translating ambiguous business requirements into robust technical solutions.\nExperience formally mentoring other engineers.\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nExpert-level, full-stack skills (Expert SQL, ETL, Data Modeling, Application Design) in a hybrid environment.\nExpert proficiency in both Tableau and Power BI.\nExpert-level SQL skills, including advanced performance tuning and database optimization.\nExpert in the full MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) and Tableau architecture.\nExpert in data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake) and data warehouse architecture.\nDeep knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps for Analytics.\nAbility to solve complex, ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nJob Shift:\nDaysSchedule:\nFull TimeDays of the Week:\nMonday - FridayWeekend Requirements:\nNoneBenefits:\nYesUnions:\nNoPosition Status:\nExemptWeekly Hours:\n40Employee Status:\nRegularSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.\nPay Range is $129,188.80 to $193,793.60 / annual salaryThe posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location.
