PROGRAM SUPPORT:\nPlans, directs, and coordinates activities for designated program(s) to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within pre-established parameters.\nManages day-to-day program operations ensuring the program delivers high quality results/services.\nDevelops and implements policies, standard work, processes and workflows to ensure effective and efficient operations.\nEvaluates existing program management practices and program effectiveness; makes recommendations and leads improvement efforts.\nProactively identifies, addresses, and keeps program leads abreast of potential barriers or issues with program activities.\nServes as a resource to the organization, providing direction for issue/problem resolution and responding timely to escalated issues.\nServes as liaison to internal and external constituents and promotes program goals and objectives.\nImplements and enforces adherence to program, department, affiliate, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, and applicable standards, laws, and regulations.\nProvides in-service training upon request in areas of expertise.\nEnsures the maintenance of appropriate records and level of supplies.\nPROGRAM MARKETING:\nLiaises with the Marketing and Communication departments to support the design and implementation of marketing strategies that increase the awareness and continued growth of the program.\nEvaluates and implements short- and long-term plans and goals for community/program outreach activities.\nDevelops industry partnerships and promotes the program in the community.\nEnsures relevant standards, processes and regulations are upheld.\nPEOPLE:\nCoaches and mentors program staff; motivates them to maintain a consistent level of excellence in program support and outcomes.\nProvides input into recruiting, coaching and performance evaluation of program staff.\nREPORTING:\nOversees and coordinates preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing, and summarizing program data and information.\nWorks on overall program /project planning\nProvides support to the departments by gathering and analyzing data for quality improvement efforts.\nPrepares presentation materials/reports, as needed. EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 5 years of recent relevant experience. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Business planning, influencing and inter-personal skills for driving results in cross-functional team setting. Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented with a passion for solving problems and a understanding of business processes. Effective cross-functional collaborator with the ability to effectively partner with teams through complex business situations to achieve program objectives. Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail. Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings. Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
