Interfaces with a variety of high-level clinical and Sutter Health leadership, as well as external resources from the vendor community.\nJob Description:\nEDUCATION:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business/Healthcare Administration or related field.\nTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:\n8 years recent relevant experience\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nExperience facilitating collaboration between clinicians, supply chain, and other stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and value capture.\nStrong negotiation skills and ability to balance business objectives and stakeholder interests to achieve optimal results.\nDemonstrated track record of project management skills within a customer service-oriented environment.\nEffective written and oral communication, ability to manage timelines, and organizational skills.\nAbility to write formal position papers that will be forwarded to members of Sutter leadership for contract approvals.\nDemonstrated experience proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including physician and C-suite leaders, clinical staff, and vendors.\nDemonstrated project management and leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.\nStrong customer service orientation with consistent and timely follow-up on issues.\nAbility to inspire confidence, diffuse tension, and act as a change agent.\nAbility to lead multidisciplinary groups and present to various levels of the organization.\nProficiency in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.\nAbility to synthesize data and create meaningful presentations.\nAbility to quickly grasp and assess data provided in opportunity analyses and effectively provide feedback to the source regarding its quality.\nStrong knowledge of healthcare products and equipment, inventory sources, and alternative sources of supply, purchasing, and distribution systems, contract administration, and new or emerging trends in the industry.\nAbility to manage complex situations with a high degree of variation.\nAdaptable with a high tolerance of ambiguity.\nAbility to successfully facilitate team meetings that may involve competing objectives.\nJob Shift:\nDaysSchedule:\nFull TimeDays of the Week:\nMonday - FridayWeekend Requirements:\nAs NeededBenefits:\nYesUnions:\nNoPosition Status:\nExemptWeekly Hours:\n40Employee Status:\nRegularSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.\nPay Range is $117,436.80 to $176,155.20 / annual salaryThe posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location.
