Manages the eLearning program and training systems, and serves as the eLearning system administrator to include: assessing, developing, prioritizing, and implementing affiliate regulatory requirements and eLearning needs. Coordinates eLearning content and is the knowledge expert in developing course build, class schedules and assessments and updating existing courses, enrollment as well as eLearning reporting. Serves as a liaison between the regional affiliate operational contacts, system and regional level training partners. Serves as the primary contact for training activities and will have strong lines of communication with the administrative and operation teams and affiliate education leaders for each affiliate.Job Description:\nEDUCATION:\nEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.\nAssociate's: Communication, Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Education, or related field\nTYPICAL EXPERIENCE:\n1 year of recent relevant experience.\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:\nKnowledge of online learning management systems (LMS) word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and presentation program applications.\nAbility to manage all phases of multiple projects simultaneously, and adjust to continuously changing responsibilities and priorities.\nUnderstanding of healthcare environment and regulatory requirements.\nKnowledge of training techniques, customer service programs, curriculum development, and program design.\nDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills, analytical and mathematical skills.\nExcellent organizational, negotiation and interpersonal skills.\nStrong teaching and presentation skills and the ability to develop LMS education and informational presentations.\nAbility to lead a group of professionals in the problem resolution process, facilitate meetings.\nFamiliarity with learning management systems authoring applications.\nAbility to communicate and work with all levels of management, administration and staff.\nIndependence and self-direction to anticipate problems, handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions.\nJob Shift:\nDaysSchedule:\nFull TimeShift Hours:\n8Days of the Week:\nMonday - FridayWeekend Requirements:\nNoneBenefits:\nYesUnions:\nNoPosition Status:\nNon-ExemptWeekly Hours:\n40Employee Status:\nRegularSutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.\nPay Range is $32.45 to $48.68 / hourThe posted pay range is based on the position's primary work location.
