Dann bist du bei uns richtig.\n\nWas du bewirkst\n Du verantwortest die strategische und digitale Weiterentwicklung der Produktgruppen «Records Management und Archiv System» und «Compliance und Datenschutz».\n In einer agilen Lieferorganisation nach SAFe entwickelst du gemeinsam mit den Product Owner:innen, SAFe-Teams und Fachstellen die Produktvision und Feature-Roadmap weiter.\n Du erarbeitest konkrete, praxistaugliche Lösungen für die rechtskonforme Verwaltung von Daten und Informationen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, von der Erstellung und Nutzung bis zur Aufbewahrung, Löschung oder Archivierung.\n Du definierst die Suva-weiten Aufbewahrungs- und Löschanforderungen und stellst ein wirksames Information Lifecycle Management und eine nachhaltige Data Governance sicher.\n\n Was du mitbringst\n Du hast einen Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informationsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.\n Du bringst Erfahrung im Product Management, Datenschutz oder in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte und Prozesse mit.
