Senior Engineer

1. Operations Management

• Oversee 24/7 operations of all utility systems, ensuring reliable services and minimal disruptions.
• Manage MV 22 kV and LV 400 V power distribution, water supply, wastewater treatment, water reuse, roads, drainage, telecommunications, and waste management.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate emergency responses to maintain operational continuity.

2. Maintenance Management

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Establish SOPs, maintenance schedules, and asset management systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.

3. Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare and control OPEX/CAPEX budgets and maintenance costs.
• Manage spare parts, tools, equipment, and technical resources efficiently.

4. Compliance, EHS & Safety

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, technical standards, and environmental and safety requirements.
• Implement risk assessments, electrical safety procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders.

5. Team & Vendor Management

• Lead and develop engineers, technicians, and O&M personnel.
• Supervise contractors to ensure work quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion.
• Establish duty rosters and escalation procedures to support 24/7 operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
• Strong technical expertise in MV 22 kV and LV 400 V electrical distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Proven experience managing critical utilities and infrastructure requiring 24/7 operations.
• Experience in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, budgeting, contractor management, and team leadership.
• Willing to be based at the SEZ site and provide operational support during emergencies or outside normal working hours as required.
