Technical Analysts are curious, resourceful problem-solvers who love diving into code, troubleshooting complex issues, and taking on technical challenges within a SaaS environment.\nThe working schedule for this role is between 14:00 - 22:00 EEST.\nThis is a remote role across Romania.\nResponsibilities \nLiaise with Services, Product, and Support to investigate production issues/requests, with daily use of PostgreSQL, Django, Python\nPropose and implement short term solutions for applications when applicable\nTake ownership of production issues and drive escalations\nResearch and resolve issues using critical and logical thinking, ensuring financial data integrity and\nWrite, execute, and validate Python-based scripts for data changes and bulk data corrections in a production environment\nManage priorities through ticketing system\nSupport technical customer implementations involving sensitive financial\nAssist in documentation of technical work instruction\nRecommend continuous improvement of operational and technical efficiencies\nCoordinate with Engineering and Product teams on future enhancements and capabilities\nAbility to understand Suvoda products, technical capabilities, and custom solutions\nSupport application server management, deployment, and troubleshooting of lower and production environments\nPerform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science \nBetween 1- 2 years of experience in a similar technical role (writing python scripts, working w Sql and Django)\nKnowledge of SQL scripting and databases\nLinux/Unix and Bash scripting experience is preferred\nJavaScript or Typescript experience is a plus \nAbility to read and analyze application logs\nVersion control experience (e.g: git)\nOpen source software/web application development experience is a plus \nHighly collaborative team player\nExperience working in a fast-paced technical support-oriented role\nAbility to communicate effectively with team members and management\nPrioritisation of security and privacy\nSelf-starter with the ability to independently manage time and priorities while meeting deadlines\nSharp troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical abilities\nAttention to detail\nExperience with configuring and populating a knowledge base tool is a plus\nWillingness to explore new technologies\nExperience supporting technologies in the Financial or Clinical Trial space preferred\nExperience with OWASP security best practices is a plus\nWe are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
