It is imperative that Suvoda staff working with clients, end-users, or the systems that client and end-users interact with understand the clinical trial industry, regulations, Suvoda’s software products and processes, and especially the specificities of the unique trial in question before taking any actions they may alter the data of the system in question.\nThe Project Manager is responsible, both directly and indirectly, for the company’s day-to-day implementation of new client projects.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides a consultative approach while effectively managing all steps in the implementation project lifecycle, from kick off to initial launch;\nImplements low to medium complexity startup projects;\nLeads regular project discussions with client and study teams to review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completion;\nEscalates complex issues and coordinates internal and external resources to foster timely problem solving and communication;\nMonitors and manages project scope, financials, and schedules leveraging Greenphire’s tool sets to enable stakeholder visibility;\nIdentifies and communicates issues that could result in delayed implementation or risks that could impact financial exposure;\nDemonstrates expertise in products and can onboard across multiple business units;\nPrepares study transition materials that contribute to continued onboarding success with Greenphire’s Project Delivery team\nExcels at managing multiple start up implementations;\nProactively identifies client needs and develop, articulate, and drive towards appropriate solutions;\nAuthors, delivers, and manages a project tracker and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;\nEnsures study documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately;\nDemonstrates flawless execution of Greenphire’s implementation best practices;\nPerforms other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstances necessitate;\nTravels for client meetings and trainings as needed;\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred;\nRelevant project management experience and/or training;\nProject management experience and strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;\nDemonstrated analytical, creative problem solving and communication skills;\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS).\nWe are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
