The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring that the service level agreements are met, quality controls are in place, and mitigation measures are established. This role will be responsible for the training and coaching of Payment Implementation Team members in line with common trends to maximize the quality within the Team.\nResponsibilities:\nDirectly manage members of the Payment Implementation Team responsible for the translation of customer documents / requirements into payable activities within the payment platforms;\nMonitor individual performance metrics to ensure productivity aligns with defined goals and expectations;\nManage implementation queue and assign priorities to ensure adequate resourcing to support SLA requirements;\nReview unique payment requests/large scale updates for feasibility;\nServe as a point of contact and escalation for clients and internal Operations Teams;\nSupport Relationship Management in customer engagement, resource and capacity planning, escalations, and metrics and reporting;\nCollaborate with Project Management on prioritization, resource planning, and SME support;\nEnsure compliance to established processes and capture of appropriate documentation for audit-readiness;\nCollaborate and communicate with business partners to verify interpretation of contracted terms and rates for accuracy;\nDevelop and monitor controls to ensure standard process and procedures among the Implementation and Verification Teams;\nSupport and define metrics and reporting, cadence across the business unit;\nEstablish new and enhance current auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures;\nCoach and develop team members, including ongoing one on one and team meetings;\nMaintain and deliver a training program to support interpretation and implementation activities;\nIdentify industry trends affecting clinical trials and develop understanding of common therapeutic and country-specific nuances specific to payments;\nDefine, implement, and enforce output and accuracy parameters;\nEnforce timeliness of complete and correct workflow tracking and metrics for financial billing and reporting;\nPerform other duties, assignments, and/or special projects as time or circumstance necessitate;\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or training;\nMinimum of 4 years contract management or payments related experience within pharmaceutical or CRO preferred;\nFoundational background in global clinical trial design, contracts and budgets;\nStrong experience with Microsoft Excel required;\nClient and process focused;\nStrong leadership skills required;\nAbility to challenge and improve on existing practices and identify and develop new practices to address gaps;\nMust have excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills;\nWe are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
