detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.\nMeasure and record quantities related to Mivan shuttering, concrete works, finishes, and services.\nAssist in preparation and verification of BOQs and quantity reconciliation statements.\nClient & Subcontractor Billing\nDraft RA bills and final bills for clients as per contract terms and site progress.\nVerify subcontractor bills based on joint measurements and actual execution.\nEnsure proper documentation, measurement sheets, and supporting records are maintained.\nReconciliation & Cost Monitoring\nReconcile quantities and costs against budget and work orders.\nMaintain records of extra items, deviations, and variations for analysis.\nReport on cost and quantity deviations to the senior management team.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date billing logs and measurement records.\nAssist in preparing MIS reports and billing dashboards.\nEnsure proper documentation for audits, internal reviews, and client verifications.\nCoordination\nWork closely with planning, execution, procurement, and finance departments.\nCoordinate with site engineers and contractors for timely data collection.\nSupport contract administration and ensure billing is aligned with contractual conditions.\nQualifications:\nB.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)\nPrior experience in high-rise construction and Mivan technology is strongly preferred\nProficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Billing tools (SAP / Buildsmart / Oracle)\nKey Skills:\nSolid understanding of quantity take-offs and Mivan construction methodology\nKnowledge of client and subcontractor billing procedures\nStrong documentation, measurement, and reconciliation skills\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management capabilities\nGood interpersonal and coordination skills across
