The role demands technical expertise and experience in integrating MEP services in high-rise structures using Mivan construction technology.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecution & Coordination\nSupervise day-to-day execution of MEP works including electrical distribution (HT/LT), plumbing systems, drainage, fire-fighting systems, and low-voltage services.\nCoordinate with civil and structural teams for proper placement of sleeves, inserts, conduits, and shafts before Mivan shuttering and RCC works.\nEnsure execution is as per GFC/shop drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.\nDrawing Review & Implementation\nReview MEP drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-level solutions.\nEnsure accurate implementation of coordinated drawings for each service.\nHighlight design conflicts and propose resolutions in coordination meetings.\nContractor Supervision\nManage subcontractors on site and ensure quality of workmanship and productivity.\nVerify daily progress, manpower deployment, and usage of approved materials.\nAssist in measurement recording and work certification for contractor billing.\nQuality Assurance & Testing\nConduct quality checks at each stage of installation.\nSupport in testing and commissioning of electrical panels, pumps, fire-fighting systems, and plumbing lines.\nEnsure compliance with relevant IS codes, NBC, IEC, and fire safety norms.\nReporting & Documentation\nMaintain site logs, checklists, test reports, and as-built records.\nReport progress, issues, and deviations to Assistant Manager -
