The role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects by driving coordination, monitoring project progress, resolving interdepartmental bottlenecks, and providing timely management reports.\nThe incumbent will facilitate decision-making by ensuring that project schedules, budgets, quality standards, statutory approvals, and customer commitments are aligned with organizational objectives. This role is not a site execution role but a strategic project management and coordination function.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Coordination\nCoordinate all project activities between Head Office and Site Teams.\nEnsure alignment among Civil, MEP, Architecture, Planning, Procurement, QS & Billing, CRM, Sales, and Finance departments.\nFacilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.\nMonitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to approved timelines.\nTrack action items from review meetings and ensure timely closure.\n2. Project Planning & Monitoring\nMonitor project schedules against approved baselines.\nCoordinate with Planning Engineers to identify schedule variances.\nTrack project milestones and critical path activities.\nHighlight delays and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure project execution aligns with the approved construction plan.\n3. Management Reporting\nPrepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Project Review reports.\nDevelop project dashboards covering:Physical Progress , Financial Progress ,Cost Status ,Procurement Status,Quality Metrics, andProject Risks\n\nPresent project updates to senior management during review meetings.\n4. Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordination with Cross Functional Departments to ensure timely completion of project activities.\n5. Risk & Issue Management\nIdentify project risks and potential execution challenges.\nMaintain a Project Risk Register.\nEscalate critical issues to management with recommended solutions.\nMonitor corrective and preventive actions.\nTrack dependencies impacting project delivery.\n6. Project Documentation\nMaintain project documentation and correspondence.\nEnsure proper version control of drawings, approvals, MOMs, and project records.\nTrack consultant approvals and engineering changes.\nMaintain project trackers and action logs.\n7. Meeting Coordination\nOrganize Project Review Meetings.\nPrepare agendas and circulate meeting materials.\nRecord Minutes of Meeting (MoM).\nFollow up on action items and ensure closure.\nCoordinate monthly business reviews with project stakeholders.\n8. Cost & Procurement Coordination\nCoordinate with Procurement for timely material availability.\nMonitor procurement schedules against project requirements.\nTrack contractor billing status with QS.\nAssist management in monitoring project budgets and cost variances.\n9. Stakeholder Management\nLiaise with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.\nFacilitate quick resolution of coordination issues.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and project execution.\nBuild collaborative relationships across departments.\n10.
