Passion is put into what we do every day.\nPurpose of the Role:\nSupport Quality Control activities, including product inspection, testing, and data analysis, to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.\nAssist with the development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized quality inspection processes, laboratory practices, and measuring equipment.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality investigations, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.\nStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nDemonstrated initiative, adaptability, and commitment to workplace health and safety.\nBonus Skills and Qualifications:\nPrevious co-op, internship, laboratory, manufacturing, or quality control experience.\nFamiliarity with quality management systems, Lean methodologies, or continuous improvement practices.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, product specifications, or inspection data.\nWhat Success looks like in this role:\nConduct accurate product inspections and testing, document findings, and help ensure products meet quality standards.\nCollect and analyze quality data, prepare test samples, and support the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.\nContribute to quality investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain accurate records, follow health and safety procedures, and collaborate effectively across teams.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nSvante is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
