This role bridges the gap between data engineering, analytics teams, and client stakeholders by managing data ingestion processes, validating data quality, maintaining reporting-ready data structures, and resolving issues throughout the data lifecycle. The perfect candidate enjoys investigating data questions, identifying root causes of data discrepancies, improving data quality, and working across multiple teams to ensure reliable data powers business decisions.\nRequirements\n3-6 years of relevant experience.\nStrong SQL and Python skills, in a Databricks environment preferrable\nExperience using ETL tools and data manipulation concepts (Funnel.io, DBT, or similar applications).\nComfort partnering with Data Engineering on data sources, schemas, and refresh logic.\nDeep analytical and problem-solving skills related to data storage and structure for reporting\nExperience reviewing data logic, KPI definitions, and QA outputs.\nBasic BI (Tableau, Power BI) skills including data modeling, dashboard structure, calculated fields, usability, data storytelling\nStrong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to translate complex BI outputs into clear, executive-ready insights.\nWill be a plus\nExperience with Pharma, HCP, or healthcare media analytics.\nDigital media measurement expertise (media KPIs, attribution concepts, omnichannel analysis).\nExperience inheriting or stabilizing existing data warehouse schemas.\nResponsibilities\nData Ingestion & Source Management\nCoordinate the onboarding of new client data sources and data feeds.\nPartner with Data Engineering to ensure successful ingestion of data into Databricks.\nMonitor data delivery schedules and ingestion processes.\nMaintain source documentation, field mappings, and data inventories.\nWork directly with internal teams and external partners to resolve source-related issues.\nData Quality & Stewardship\nMonitor data freshness, completeness, and accuracy across client datasets.\nPerform ongoing quality assurance and reconciliation checks.\nInvestigate missing, unexpected, or inconsistent data.\nEscalate, coordinate and resolve remediation efforts with the appropriate teams.\nMaintain documentation of data quality findings and resolutions.\nSupport the development of automated data quality checks and monitoring processes.\nData Modeling\nDevelop and maintain client-specific standard, custom, and master tables and reporting views within Databricks based on a medallion architecture.\nAssist with transforming and standardizing data from multiple sources into reporting-ready structures.\nSolve problems and help build solutions related to the data model to meet evolving reporting and analysis needs.\nDocument business rules, transformation logic, and metric definitions.\nSupport maintenance of reusable reporting datasets and standardized data models.\nStakeholder Support\nAct as the primary point of contact for routine data-related questions.\nPartner with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data teams to align on data outputs and expectations.\nWork with analysts and measurement leads to understand reporting requirements.\nCommunicate data issues, impacts, and resolutions to stakeholders.\nAssist with troubleshooting data discrepancies impacting reporting deliverables.\nReporting Support\nSupport Power BI developers and analysts with data-related questions.\nAssist with report validation and troubleshooting.\nHelp verify data displayed in dashboards aligns with source systems and business requirements.\nProvide support for semantic models and reporting datasets when
