AI plays a central part in this position. You’ll help customers identify where AI adds real value, define AI features clearly enough for engineers to build and test, and use AI tools to make requirements, documentation, and delivery faster and better.\nPrior OutSystems experience is not required. You’ll receive structured training and certification at the start of the engagement, followed by hands-on learning on live projects. You’ll work as one team with OutSystems Professional Services consultants, learning their delivery practices and sharing your own AI experience with them in return.\nEngagement: Full-time\nUS citizenship required. Active US security/secret clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one\nRequirements\nSignificant experience delivering software projects in a combined or closely related Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead role.\nExperience on at least one project that delivered AI or GenAI features, including defining the use case, requirements, and success measures.\nWorking understanding of LLMs, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, hallucination, and evaluation, enough to work closely with engineers and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.\nRegular, hands-on use of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot in project management and business analysis work.\nAwareness of responsible AI, data privacy, and human oversight requirements.\nStrong skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience with Agile delivery and backlog management in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with estimation, scope, budget, and risk management.\nClient-facing stakeholder management, ideally in a consultancy or professional services setting.\nExperience with user acceptance testing and release management.\nFluent professional English, written and spoken.\nWill be a plus\nProject management or business analysis experience on enterprise low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow App Engine, Salesforce Platform, or Pega.\nUnderstanding of how low-code changes delivery: faster prototyping, model-driven development, and the trade-offs between platform features and custom code.\nAny exposure to OutSystems 11 (O11) or OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).\nCertifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, IIBA CBAP, or CCBA.\nExperience with prototyping and design tools such as Figma.\nExperience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government.\nDegree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nResponsibilities\nEngagement and delivery management\nPlan, scope, and estimate engagements together with the Technical Lead and OutSystems Professional Services.\nManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.\nRun Agile delivery, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nReport status clearly to customer stakeholders and to Svitla and OutSystems leadership.\nManage change requests and keep delivery aligned with agreed outcomes.\nCoordinate Svitla and OutSystems team members as one delivery team.\nLead user acceptance testing, release readiness, go-live, and hypercare.\nBusiness analysis and requirements\nFacilitate discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.\nMap current and future business processes and identify improvement opportunities.\nWrite clear user stories and testable acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog with the customer’s product owner.\nValidate requirements early using wireframes and clickable prototypes.\nCapture data, integration, reporting, and non-functional requirements.\nMaintain traceability from business objectives through requirements to testing.\nAI opportunities and requirements\nIdentify where AI and GenAI can add measurable value in customer processes and applications.\nDefine AI use cases with clear success measures, evaluation criteria, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nSpecify AI and agentic features: inputs, outputs, expected behavior, guardrails, fallback, and how quality will be tested.\nAssess feasibility, data readiness, cost, and risk of AI features together with the Technical Lead.\nEnsure responsible AI, data privacy, and governance requirements are captured and met.\nAI-accelerated delivery and knowledge sharing\nUse AI tools to draft requirements, summarize workshops, generate test scenarios, and produce documentation, with human review of every output.\nEstablish repeatable AI-assisted practices for requirements and delivery management.\nLearn and apply the OutSystems delivery methodology.\nContribute AI delivery experience to joint playbooks, templates, and lessons learned, and run knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.\nOutSystems training you’ll receive\nOutSystems platform fundamentals across O11 and ODC: how applications are built, and what is quick or costly to change.\nOutSystems delivery methodology and Professional Services ways of working.\nEstimating and planning OutSystems projects.\nOutSystems AI capabilities, such as Mentor and AI Agent Workbench, and how they shape requirements and delivery.\nThe relevant OutSystems certification for the
