Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with Python / LLM

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with Python / LLM for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

You will join a small engineering team responsible for building and continuously improving Noa, an AI-powered recruiting product used by staffing agencies. The role covers the full stack, including developing new features, integrating AI capabilities, and connecting the platform with systems such as Salesforce and ATS platforms. You will work on both rapid development of new solutions and the improvement and maintenance of existing production systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading technical design and delivery across systems and teams with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience developing production-grade LLM applications and improving agent behavior through prompt iteration, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Comfortable working across backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a thoughtful, responsible approach to applying them.
• Regular use of AI coding agents and other AI tools as part of day-to-day engineering work.

Will be a plus

• Familiarity with Django, Flask, or a similar Python web framework.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement Noa’s LLM-powered capabilities for local staffing workflows and partner systems.
• Own the delivery of cross-system solutions by breaking the work into testable, releasable increments and coordinating required changes with partner teams.
• Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand staffing operations and use that context to shape product and technical decisions.
• Prototype new ideas with users and partners and use their feedback to determine which solutions to pursue.
• Help product and business partners align by defining technical options and clearly explaining constraints and trade-offs.
• Keep Noa and its integrations reliable and maintainable through sound design, testing, code reviews, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
