The role covers the full stack, including developing new features, integrating AI capabilities, and connecting the platform with systems such as Salesforce and ATS platforms. You will work on both rapid development of new solutions and the improvement and maintenance of existing production systems.\nRequirements\nFluency in Dutch and English.\n5+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading technical design and delivery across systems and teams with a high degree of autonomy.\nStrong proficiency in Python.\nPractical experience developing production-grade LLM applications and improving agent behavior through prompt iteration, evaluation, and guardrails.\nComfortable working across backend services, APIs, and frontend web applications.\nComfortable working directly with clients and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCuriosity about emerging AI technologies and a thoughtful, responsible approach to applying them.\nRegular use of AI coding agents and other AI tools as part of day-to-day engineering work.\nWill be a plus\nFamiliarity with Django, Flask, or a
