Developer with strong experience in Python and some exposure to React/TypeScript and Java/Spring Boot to be able to manage AI-generated Java/React code.\nRequirements\nStrong commercial experience with Python.\nWorking experience with React and TypeScript - not expert-level, but sufficient to critically review, judge the quality of, and refactor AI-generated code.\nWorking experience with Java and Spring Boot - not expert-level, but sufficient to critically review, judge the quality of, and refactor AI-generated code.\nSolid experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications and backend services.\nExperience working with the Azure ecosystem.\nHands-on experience building or integrating RAG pipelines, including enterprise-scale concerns: guardrails, observability, monitoring, and scaling.\nGenuine curiosity and active involvement in agentic development - able to speak to how AI/agents are reshaping the SDLC, not just theoretical awareness.\nWillingness and ability to learn new GenAI technologies and tools.\nExperience working in large corporate or restricted IT environments, with an understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nWillingness to travel for business trips 2-3 times per year.\nNice to Have\nPrevious hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLM-based solutions.\nExperience with agentic development and AI agent tools.\nExperience with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\nFamiliarity with LangChain, banking or financial services industry.\nResponsibilities\nFull-Stack Development:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, with the ability to manage AI-generated Java/React code.\nDevelop modern frontend applications and reliable backend services.\nIntegrate new functionality into existing enterprise and banking applications.\nWork closely with developers, architects, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.\nGenerative AI & Agentic Development:\nContribute to the development of AI-powered applications, agents, and copilots.\nLearn and apply Generative AI, LLM, and agentic development technologies.\nWork with different AI and agentic tools to develop practical business solutions.\nIntegrate LLM capabilities and AI agents into existing applications and workflows.\nEvaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities to use them effectively.\nAzure & Cloud:\nDevelop and deploy solutions within the Azure ecosystem.\nWork with technologies such as
