Researchers create/fine-tune models and hand them over to the engineering team to optimize, quantize, etc. The team then builds an application solution with customers to demonstrate value.\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in programming, problem-solving, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with data manipulation, and a solid background in machine learning, particularly in classification and retrieval tasks. This role requires practical experience with large language models, NLP, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and modern ML development tools. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer who can work independently and collaboratively on LLM/NLP-focused tasks.\nRequirements\nStrong Python programming skills.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nSolid knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.\nExperience with classification and retrieval tasks.\nHands-on experience with large
