The project's expected duration is 6 months\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design across multiple modules. \nProven experience implementing Now Assist and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform. \nStrong understanding of AI frameworks, machine learning integrations, and intelligent automation within ServiceNow. \nAdvanced knowledge of ServiceNow data models, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST API). \nExperience with migration and transition projects involving multi-module integrations. \nExpertise in managing technical stakeholders across both IT and business domains. \nStrong knowledge of documentation, architectural governance, and presentation. \nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certification preferred. \nNice to have\nExperience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs. \nExposure to GenAI and LLM-driven solutions within ServiceNow ecosystems. \nFamiliarity with Agile/DevOps delivery frameworks. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset with a collaborative approach. \nResponsibilities\nDesign end-to-end ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITSM & HRSD, and AI-driven modules such as Now Assist and AI Agents. \nLead the architectural design, roadmap planning, and integration of Now Assist AI capabilities, including Generative AI and workflow intelligence. \nTranslate business requirements into robust architecture and system design documentation. \nProvide technical leadership across transition and transformation projects, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. \nCollaborate with ServiceNow product owners, developers, business analysts, and enterprise architects to design sustainable, scalable solutions. \nLead performance optimization, custom app architectures, and platform scalability initiatives. \nGovern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring compliance with security, data management, and performance standards. \nManage technical stakeholder communications with executives, delivery teams, and
