Our success depends on our people, and they are committed to SV's success.\nAs a Mechanical Engineer in the Design group at SV Microwave, you will:\nDevelop manufacturable designs of products using SolidWorks modeling techniques and mechanical tolerance analysis\nWork directly with SV Applications Engineers and have the opportunity to travel to interact directly with customer engineers to fulfill demand for custom products\nRegularly communicate with internal customers (Sales, Quality, Manufacturing) and external customers to define project objectives and updates\nLead design reviews on complex products with a multidisciplinary group before release\nInterface with industry and trade shows, and evaluate competitors to analyze and recommend new advances in technology\nSpecify testing protocols/experiments and oversee assembly of prototypes to validate your designs\nTroubleshoot root cause design and component failures and field returns using both experimental and analytical methods.
