Our specialists provide an extensive range of services from tax and accountancy, advisory and assurance, to corporate finance and restructuring, helping businesses and individuals both in the UK and internationally meet challenges and seize opportunities.\nWe are a brand built on expertise, driven by ambition, and defined by our purpose - to help our clients navigate complexity and create opportunity.\n Job Purpose\nThis role reports to the Senior Digital Manager for ABS in Digital Technology Solutions function (DTS), this role will provide day-to-day ownership of the ABS product portfolio and ensuring that technology investment delivers tangible business value.\nThe role is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 40 products and applications used across Audit & Assurance and Business Outsourcing Services (BOS). Working closely with business leadership, end users, vendors and DTS colleagues, the Product Manager will identify pain points, shape priorities, manage demand and ensure product roadmaps align to business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the day-to-day management and governance of the ABS product portfolio.\nBuild strong relationships with Audit and BOS teams to understand business priorities, challenges and opportunities.\nAct as the primary point of contact for product-related demand, ensuring requests are triaged, prioritised and progressed effectively.\nMaintain and manage a transparent product backlog, balancing business value, risk, efficiency and strategic objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance user experience and increase adoption of existing technology.\nCoordinate with vendors to manage issues, influence future development and maximise value from supplier relationships.\nProvide regular updates to senior stakeholders on priorities, progress, risks and strategic opportunities.\nSupport the development of business cases, investment proposals and benefits realisation activities.\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications\nExperience working within professional services, audit, accounting or business outsourcing environments.\nKnowledge of product management methodologies and governance frameworks.\nExperience managing vendor relationships and third-party software providers.\nExposure to change management, digital transformation or AI-enabled solutions.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern SaaS applications.\nKey Competencies\nExperience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis or a similar business-facing technology role.\nOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of an organisation.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrable experience managing demand, backlogs and competing stakeholder requirements.\nAbility to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.\n As a colleague here at S&W you will have access to benefits that include\nCompetitive salary\nPrivate medical insurance\nLife assurance\nPension contribution\nHybrid working model (role dependent)\nGenerous holiday package\nOption to purchase additional holiday\nShared parental leave\nFully funded training towards professional qualifications\nCycle to work scheme\nSeason ticket loan\nEye care support\nWe are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
