En SW Sapien buscamos a un/a Becario/a de Administración para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Guadalajara.

Lo que buscamos:

  • Estudiante activo/a de Administración, Negocios o afín (a partir de 6.º semestre, restando al menos 1 año para egresar).

  • Disponibilidad de medio tiempo (Lunes a Viernes de 09:00 a 14:30 hrs).

  • Modalidad Híbrida (Capacitación inicial e integración presencial en oficinas de Guadalajara; operación cotidiana en Home Office).

  • Manejo práctico de Excel / Google Sheets y paquetería de oficina.

  • Atención al detalle, proactividad y excelente trato humano.

Tu día a día:

  • Emisión y control de facturación diaria y mensual.

  • Asignación de servicios y atención directa a nuestros clientes.

  • Contacto y seguimiento con ejecutivos.

  • Control de movimientos bancarios y elaboración de reportes administrativos.
