skills:\nKnowledge of the essentials of Project Management.\nGood command of Microsoft Office tools.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work in a structured and organised manner.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.\nService-minded.\nDetail-oriented and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.\nQualifications and Experience: \nUniversity degree in an IT/Business related field.\nA certification in project management would constitute an advantage.\nA minimum of 5 years work experience with involvement in project management and exposure to a strong continuous service improvement
