You will build the automated email, SMS & AI workflows that ensure instant lead response and qualification.\n\nCase Management / Project Management systems: Staff have abandoned their system, leaving hundreds of overdue tasks. You will standardize, automate, and clear this backlog, making the system a reliable single source of truth.\n\nData & Analytics: A firm owner is \"gambling\" on marketing, lacking clear financial data. You will build the data pipeline and profitability dashboard that provides real-time clarity.\n\nAutomation: Staff waste hours manually copying data into 200+ confusing document templates. You will consolidate these into smart templates and build an automation that generates complex documents perfectly in seconds.\n\nAI: A firm is overwhelmed by repetitive tasks and suffers from low tech adoption. You will lead AI training sessions that embeds practical, safe, and efficient AI use into their daily work.\n\nWe are tool-agnostic and believe in using the best solution for the problem. You will gain deep expertise in a variety of best-in-class platforms (both generic and legal-specific).\nThe client side includes challenges like:\nUncovering law firm operational challenges and connecting these to technical solutions\n\nAutonomously gathering requirements, presenting to & training client teams, and managing adoption of deployed solutions\n\nBuilding working relationships with clients and ensuring their high satisfaction & NPS\n\nYou will be handling anywhere from 1 to 4 client engagements at a time (depending on their size & complexity), owning the full implementation while being supported by a senior consultant and an extensive knowledge base of past client projects & solutions.
