You'll be the first point of contact for our Austin team on all things office-related, working closely with the People Operations team as Swap continues to grow.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the day-to-day running of the Austin office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for Austin employees' operational needs, and coordinate with the wider People Operations team as needed.\n\nManage office vendors, supplies and services, including facilities and catering.\n\nCoordinate in-office events, team gatherings and company meetings, including cross-office events with our wider teams.\n\nKeep the office organised and help plan how the space is used.\n\nSupport health and safety compliance and workplace policies in the office.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years’ experience in office management or a similar role.\n\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\n\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.\n\nProactive and resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nComfortable working with a distributed team across different time zones.\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive base salary: Pay that reflects your experience and the impact you’ll have, reviewed regularly as you grow with us.\nStock options: Own a piece of what we’re building.
