As our network continues to grow, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our expanding team and help keep charging infrastructure operating safely, reliably and efficiently.\n Field Service Engineer - Carlisle\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fault finding, working with tools and solving technical problems. You’ll provide on-site and remote support to customers, helping to diagnose issues, carry out repairs and maintain charging equipment to a high standard.\nWhat you will do\nCarry out daily servicing and maintenance of customer EV charging stations.\n\nDiagnose and resolve electrical, hardware, software and network-related faults.\n\nComplete repairs, including the replacement of faulty parts and components.\n\nSupport installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, upgrades and warranty activities.\n\nProvide remote technical assistance to customers and field teams when required.\n\nMaintain accurate service records, daily worksheets and company vehicle mileage.\n\nManage and replenish spare parts stock, ensuring equipment and materials are available when needed.\n\nWork collaboratively with technical, engineering and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer service.\n\nSupport service and maintenance contracts, helping to meet agreed response times and service levels.\n\nEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures and relevant electrical and EV charging standards.\n\nParticipate in an on-call rota, approximately 1 week in 5, Monday to Monday, as required.\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe’re looking for someone with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in technical problem-solving.
