We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Network Administrator to join our EV charging operations team in Dundee on a 6 month fixed term contract.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data, systems, customers, and operational stakeholders to support the successful delivery of EV charging services. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our charging network, coordinating commissioning activities, managing customer and asset data, and ensuring the efficient administration of operational processes.\n As a Network Administrator, you will:\nProvide day-to-day administration and support for EV charging network back-office systems.\nCoordinate the commissioning and activation of new EV charging infrastructure.\nMaintain accurate customer, site owner, and asset records across multiple systems.\nSupport invoicing, billing, and financial administration processes.\nProduce operational, performance, and SLA reports to support contractual requirements.\nAct as a key point of contact for customers, site owners, suppliers, and internal teams.\nSupport the wider Operations Team with administrative activities and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnsure all records, documentation, and reports are maintained accurately and compliantly.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Administration\nAdminister and maintain EV charging network back-office systems.\nEnsure customer, charger, and asset information remains accurate and up to date.\nManage network records, documentation, and audit trails in accordance with company procedures.\nSupport data integrity across all business and operational systems.\nCommissioning & Asset Management\nCoordinate the commissioning and activation of new EV charge points.\nEnsure assets are configured, tested, and available for customer use.\nMaintain accurate asset and ownership records throughout the asset lifecycle.\nSupport onboarding activities for new network infrastructure.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Support\nAct as a primary contact for customer and stakeholder enquiries.\nProvide professional and timely responses to customer requests.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, site owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport customer account management and onboarding activities.\nReporting & Analysis\nProduce operational, performance, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports.\nAnalyse operational data and identify trends or areas for improvement.\nInvestigate discrepancies and support root cause analysis activities.\nDeliver accurate reporting to support business and customer requirements.\nFinancial Administration\nSupport invoicing, billing, reconciliation, and financial administration activities.\nEnsure charging session data and customer records are accurately maintained.\nAssist with purchase order and commercial administration processes where required.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data quality, and operational efficiency.\nSupport business improvement initiatives across the Operations Team.\nContribute to process development and best practice implementation.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to join a growing and innovative EV charging business.\nCareer development and progression opportunities within SWARCO.\nOngoing training and professional development.\nSupportive and collaborative working environment.\nOpportunity to contribute to the growth of sustainable transport infrastructure across the UK.\nEssential\nExperience working in an administrative, operational support, or customer service environment.\nStrong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.\nExperience working with databases, back-office systems, or operational platforms.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data accurately.\nExperience producing reports and analysing operational information.\nAbility to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nRight to live and work in the UK.\nDesirable\nExperience within the EV charging, energy, utilities, infrastructure, telecommunications, or transport sectors.\nKnowledge of EV charging networks and Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS).\nExperience supporting commissioning or administration of operational assets.\nUnderstanding of invoicing, billing, and reconciliation processes.\nExperience using CRM, ERP, asset management, or ticketing systems.\nKnowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual reporting.\nAwareness of UK GDPR and data protection requirements.\nQualifications or training in business administration, customer service, project coordination,\n Interested?\nPlease apply by clicking on the apply button.\nApplications are shortlisted on a rolling basis, and we reserve the right to interview and appoint before any advertised closing date.
