Being able to make changes without relying on AI is a plus\n\nWhat you'll be doing\nShipping new product changes every day (and sometimes multiple times a day)\n\nWorking closely with engineers and your team lead, Mika, prioritizing synchronous collaboration to solve product problems together\n\nOwning the longer-term design vision of your teams’ product area\n\nOwning business context and success metrics for the product area you own, together with your product counterpart\n\nThe team you'll be joining\nDumbo is the team behind Swarmia's effort model and the products that help engineering organizations understand how they spend effort and budgets across projects and categories of work.
