We are looking for a Global Demand Planner to support our Team in Subotica, where you will have the opportunity to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries. Be part of a truly iconic global brand and learn and grow with us.

About the Job

As a Global Demand Planner, you will play a key role in shaping accurate, data-driven demand plans for our global B2B markets. You will analyze trends, challenge assumptions, and ensure full alignment within our S&OP cycle. Working closely with regional planners, commercial teams, finance, and supply chain, you will support predictable and stable business performance across global markets.

Your Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop accurate, data-driven global demand plans for B2B markets based on historical performance and market inputs

  • Track Year-to-Date vs. Year-to-Go performance, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities

  • Challenge demand assumptions where forecasts are not aligned with trends or business drivers

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias across markets, driving root-cause analysis and improvements

  • Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and financial targets, including budget and outlook cycles

  • Identify and quantify forecast risks and opportunities, highlighting potential business impact

  • Prepare clear, insight-driven inputs for S&OP meetings, supporting informed decision-making

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a single, transparent, and consolidated global demand plan

About You

We are looking for a unique and talented professional who brings along the following:

  • High proficiency in English for effective communication across global teams; German is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Solid knowledge of demand planning, forecasting methodologies, and S&OP processes

  • Ability to identify patterns, challenge assumptions constructively, and spot inconsistencies

  • Strong business acumen, including understanding of budgeting, financial variances, and key drivers

  • Experience with ERP and forecasting systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan) and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field

  • A structured, detail-oriented working style with the confidence to influence stakeholders

What We Offer

You can expect a range of benefits, including:

  • Learning and career development programs to help you grow

  • A global employee assistance program offering support in the areas of mental, physical, and emotional health, managerial support as well as financial and legal matters

  • Hybrid and flexible work options to support your work-life balance

  • Paid volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you

  • Exclusive employee discounts on Swarovski products

  • Holiday allowance

  • Private Health Insurance

  • Meal allowance

  • Transportation Allowance and free parking
